The foundation for kindness is knowing how to be your own best friend. How do you treat your best friend? Is it with care, attention, love and concern? If its not, then it should be and if it should definitely be how you treat yourself. I know you have been told a million times, treat people the way you want to be treated, but its true. People who treat themselves well, are proven to be kinder to others.
